I have used the "I Do" BBQ crew for catering three separate events that I hosted in 2015. Every time they have answered the phone and provided me with a quote within moments. Even when I called them last minute because of an unexpected venue change, they were able to provide A+ quality and service. And of course, "I Do" BBQ's food is fantastic! My favorites have been the chicken and brisket, but I also highly recommend the pulled pork... it truly is unbelievable! The "I Do" BBQ crew has been exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. I will be using them for all of my 2016 events!

Hey Bill, Marggy and I wanted to say thank you for catering our wedding on 12/19/15. You guys were the first ones to arrive and it was obvious you had everything under control. With all the other planning and coordinating it was a relief to know we didn't have to worry about the food at all. You and your staff did a great job and the food was delicious. Several family members and friends commented to me that it was the best BBQ they've ever had and I would have to agree! I have attended several jobs where you catered and the food is excellent every time. On a side note, the left over corn casserole went home with me and I polished it off the next day. I don't know what you put in that dish but its addictive!! Thanks again for making our hectic wedding day a little easier Bill. Hands down you guys have the best "real" Texas BBQ at the best price.

"I Do" BBQ is a taste like no other! Chef and I couldn't believe the flavor from Bills Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and his Signature Chicken, we give it two thumbs up! You have to try it! I believe we have a great partner to add to Chef Vi's Catering!
